NubixPOS provides a cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) system that enables businesses to manage sales, inventory, customers, and reports. The Service is provided on a subscription basis as described in our pricing plans.

The Service is offered under various subscription plans. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Payments are processed through our payment provider (Paystack). Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

- Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
